Entering its 20th season in 2009, PowerBoat Television continues to build on a solid reputation as an entertaining and authoritative source for North America's boating enthusiasts. By combining action-oriented features with solid safe-boating information and regular segments on boat profiles, performance boats, boating products and boating destinations from across North America and beyond, the show lets boaters everywhere experience the excitement and enjoyment of boating, just by tuning in. The first of its kind anywhere, PowerBoat Television premiered on The Sports Network (TSN) in January of 1990. Targeted to appeal to the large, relatively affluent group of power boaters and their families, PBTV focuses exclusively on recreational and performance boats, boating products and boating issues. PBTV's goal is to actively and graphically promote the safe and enjoyable use of power boats.
